At Miniature Highland Cows For Adoption, we take pride in providing healthy, well-cared-for miniature Highland cows. Our goal is to ensure every adoption is a smooth and fulfilling experience. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Returns on Livestock
Due to the nature of live animal adoption, we do not accept returns on any miniature Highland cow once it has been purchased and delivered. We strongly encourage buyers to ask questions, visit the farm (if possible), and ensure they are fully prepared for ownership before finalizing an adoption.
2. Refund Policy
- Deposits: All deposits made to reserve a miniature Highland cow are non-refundable, as they are used to cover care and administrative costs.
- Full Payments: Once full payment has been made and the cow has been delivered or picked up, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Health Guarantee: We guarantee that all cows leave our care in good health. If a health issue arises within 48 hours of delivery, buyers must provide veterinary documentation, and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
3. Cancellations
- If you need to cancel your adoption before the final payment and pickup/delivery, please notify us as soon as possible. However, deposits remain non-refundable.
- In special cases, we may allow a deposit transfer toward a future adoption.
